He has developed leaders throughout his career and is a published author, certified coach and entrepreneur. Dan's business experience as a Fortune 200 and small business marketing executive has led to coaching and training experiences with the largest privately held medical device company in the world and one of the largest 3rd-party logistics companies in the US, working with their C-level executives, National Sales Managers, sales teams and workers at all levels. He has worked with economic development entities across the Southeast, as well as the Disciples of Christ Regional and National Churches and the United Methodist Church.

Dan has an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Business. As an author, he has covered topics that include dementia (Gifts From My Father) and stories from show business and is currently co-writing a book on Mentorship and Leadership. He has been an adjunct professor at Belmont University’s Massey School of Business and a guest lecturer at the Kelley School of Business and the Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University.

Dan is passionate about collaborative development and serving others. Outside of his passion for coaching and serving others, Dan loves music, theater, film, college football and enjoying the incredible people in his life. For some reason, Dan participated in the London Marathon some years ago and his legs haven’t recovered yet.
