Rick Voyles is a highly sought after executive and business coach, speaker and trainer in the areas of Conflict Management, Organizational Performance and Leadership Development.  He travels internationally, developing tactical plans for cost saving strategies, increased productivity and conflict management for corporate, federal and non-profit organizations.  

He is a published author, business coach and entrepreneur.  Rick has over 20 years coaching and training experience with government agencies and companies like the CDC, US State Department, AT&T, Georgia Power, IRS and DOD, to list just a few, and his book “Understanding Conflict: What are we fighting for?” has received high praise for its positive impact on building healthy personal and professional relationships, as well as productive and effective leaders.  

Rick Voyles has a Ph.D. from Emory University. He owns and manages a Conflict Management and Mediation training company where he trains multidisciplinary adult learners to become better managers of conflict and better organizational leaders.  Periodically, he serves as an adjunct professor at Universities where he teaches adult learners in their M.A. and Ph.D. programs on business and organizational leadership.  He is certified as a business coach, an anger management specialist and a mediator.  His expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation skills and leadership development, makes him the Executive Coach and trainer of choice.
